Serving Waterloo and Marshall
As a community bank, Farmers & Merchants State Bank takes great pride in working to make the communities we serve better. We work to provide Waterloo, Marshall and the surrounding communities with opportunities to learn more about our financial offerings, and our staff are active members of the communities. We support causes like:
- Lake Mills Optimist Club
- Lake Mills Rotary
- MABA (Marshall Area Business Assoc.)
- The Marshall ~ Waterloo Food Pantry
- Marshall Lions Club
- Marshall Historical Society
- Marshall Youth Club
- The Mill - Lake Mills School District
- Waterloo Business Association (WBA)
- Waterloo Historical Society
- Waterloo Swim Club
- Waterloo Youth Sports (WYSO)
Q2 – 2026
Secure & Shred - 2026
Join our shred event to safely and securely dispose of sensitive documents! With the help of Pellitteri's industrial paper shredder, community members were able to shred up to three boxes or bags (50 pounds or less), all while supporting a great cause.
Proceeds from the event benefited the Jefferson County Humane Society, helping care for animals in need — and that’s something we can all feel good about.
- Lake Mills Branch: Saturday, May 16 8-10am
- Waterloo Branch: Thursday, May 21 2-4pm
