Universal Banker

Universal Banker will perform the full range of Teller and Personal Banker duties.  Responsible for delivering extraordinary service to both internal and external clients.  Primarily responsible for building and retaining relationships with current and prospective clients, promoting all bank products and services and responding to simple and complex customer inquiries or service requests.  Assist customers with their deposit needs to include opening and closing of deposit accounts and services.  

The Universal Banker  will refer customers to other bank departments as appropriate for additional services and ensure that our business is conducted in a manner compatible with our mission and value statement – As Your Partner for Life – We will enrich your financial life with full-service products.
Provide a high level of prompt, efficient and accurate customer service.  This includes understanding customer needs, as well as understanding the bank products offered.  Represent the bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner while maintaining complete confidentiality with regard to customer accounts, and relationships.

Perform paying and receiving functions for customers.  This will include cashing checks, taking deposits, withdrawals; redeem bonds, mortgage, consumer loan and other payments.  Additionally, the Universal Banker may sell traveler's cards, money orders, official checks, provide access to safe deposit box and help customers with additional related services.

The Universal will understand and comply with the related laws and compliance regulations that pertain to teller duties.  Examples include bank secrecy act, privacy, funds availability policy, electronic funds transfer, truth in savings, etc.

Mortgage Loan Originator

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator, who has strong communication and analysis skills to assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage loan.  

The candidate we seek should be able to generate $25 million annually in new mortgage loan originations.  To achieve this the candidate must have a strong referral base (i.e. Realtors, Builders, Attorneys, Accountants, Certified Financial Planners, Civic Organizations and more).  

This individual will be a self-starter and will know what it takes to be a successful mortgage loan originator.  


Credit Analyst

We are looking for a professional Credit analyst to determine our customers’ creditworthiness. You will analyze financial data to assess the likelihood of a borrower honoring their financial obligations.


  • Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective clients
  • Examine financial transactions and credit history case by case (applications, statements, balance sheets, legal documents etc)
  • Complete ratio, trend and cash flows analyses and create projections
  • Determine in depth the degree of risk involved
  • Carefully analyze data and produce clear and objective reports
  • Routinely monitor loans for compliance
  • Adhere to credit policy and guidelines
  • Monitor corporate portfolio asset quality on an ongoing basis
  • Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns


  • Proficiency in statistical packages and financial software
  • Understand and comply with related laws and compliance regulations
  • Ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Associates degree in Business, Statistics or related field
