| Zero Balance Accounts (ZBA) |
 A ZBA is a disbursement account on which checks are written even though the balance in the account is maintained at zero. As checks clear the account, funds are automatically moved from the main account to cover incoming items. A payroll ZBA used in conjunction with a Farmers & Merchants Sweep Account will maximize idle funds while employee checks float through the bank clearing system.
