Click on the Internet Banking Logon button on the right side of the screen.
Click on the First Time User button.
Click on the Terms & Condition link to review before agreement. (By clicking on the Submit button you agree to the Terms & Conditions).
Your Access ID for the first time can be your checking, savings, loan or certificate of deposit account number. Enter in the numerical number and select the correct account type with the drop down box.
Your password for the first time will be your Telebanc 4-digit password. If you have never used Telebanc or have never changed your password, it will be the last four-digits of your social security number.
Click on the Submit button.
You will then be prompted for a new Access ID (which can be anything you would like) and a new password. The password will need to be 6 to 10 characters in length and MUST contain both alpha and numeric characters. Verify your password a second time and click on Submit. Your password will expire every 90 days.
Complete "Set Security Data" page. Enter and confirm e-mail address. Enter a pass phrase under randomly selected authorization image. ( Note you can change this image in step 12 but will need to complete this page with image randomly selected). You then need to answer three challenge questions. These questions will be used to verify you when you attempt to log in from a computer we do not recognize as one you normally use. If you are logging on from a non-public computer that you want us to recognize next time you log in select "this is a personal computer register it". Note you can register multiple computers (I.e. one at home and one at office). And a computer can be used to resister multiple users. If the computer is accessible to the general public you would not want to register the computer for access to your account. Any questions regarding these security procedures can be addressed by your personal banker or calling customer services at 1-800-478-3007.
Click on the Submit button.
You will then see a list of your accounts. You can click on any account number to find out more detailed information about that account.
If you wish to change security data selected choose the "change options" button from top left of screen after you are logged on. Select the change security data from the menu and then change security data as desired. At this point you can also change selection of randomly selected security photo.
After initial log in you must see the photo and pass phrase you entered on the data security page before you enter your password. The photo and pass phrase are known only to you and let you know you are talking with the bank. If you do not see your photo and pass phrase when trying to log on to the bank do not enter your password and contact the bank.
